At Magnate Logistics, we keep our pricing low and simple—$375 flat per week—to help our drivers keep more of their money while still receiving high-touch, premium service. This model ensures transparency, affordability, and consistent support—regardless of how much you choose to run that week.

At Magnate Logistics, we offer high-touch, flat-rate dispatching built to support serious owner-operators.
Here’s what we provide for $375 per week (prepaid):

We don’t overload dispatchers. Each one works with just 5–7 carriers at a time to give your business the attention it deserves.
Is this a prepaid service?
Yes. All services are prepaid weekly. Payment is due every Sunday by 12PM (Noon) to secure your spot for the upcoming week (Monday–Sunday).

How does Magnate Logistics enhance delivery efficiency?
When does my weekly service start and end?
Each week of service starts Monday morning and ends Sunday night. To start or renew service, payment must be made before Monday.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If payment is not received by the Sunday deadline, your service will be paused and your spot may be offered to the next person on our waitlist. We do not offer dispatching on a credit or postpaid basis.
What if I need to skip a week?
 You can skip a week any time before Sunday, just let us know in advance.
If you miss 3 consecutive weeks without notice, your spot will be released and you’ll need to rejoin the waitlist if an agent slot isnt available. Due to high volume, if no dispatcher is available, we’ll notify you as soon as a new opening becomes available.
How many carriers does each dispatcher manage?
We keep our dispatching high-touch and personal. Each dispatcher manages no more than 5–7 carriers at a time. That means better lanes, quicker support, and more attention to your business.

Will I have a direct contact person?
Yes. Once onboarded, you'll have a dedicated dispatcher who communicates with you directly—no random handoffs, no bots.

Absolutely. Once you're on the waitlist and your service begins, we help with:

How do I get started?
Click “Join the Waitlist” on our homepage and complete the form. When a spot opens, we’ll contact you with next steps and a secure payment link.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t run a full week or only take a few loads?
No. All dispatch fees are Non-refundable.
Our $375 flat-rate fee covers up to 7 full days of dispatching, regardless of how many loads you choose to run. Whether you move 3 loads or 10, the fee remains the same. Once payment is received, your dispatcher’s time is secured exclusively for you.
We do not offer refunds or partial credits based on:
The number of loads you accept
The number of days you choose to run
Schedule changes, downtime, or personal decisions
